Moving. You pick the closing date.
A job with a start date doesn't care whether your house sold. Get a firm number now, choose the day you close, and stop running the maths on carrying two places at once.
- ✓Certainty first. A real number now means you can plan the move instead of guessing.
- ✓Your date, not the market's. Close in a week or in ninety days — whatever lines up with the new job.
- ✓No showings while you're packing, and no keeping the house immaculate for strangers.
- ✓Already gone? We can close remotely. You never have to come back to Tulsa.
Two mortgages is the thing to avoid
The expensive version of relocating is leaving with the house still listed. Now you're paying a Tulsa mortgage, taxes, insurance and utilities on an empty house while you're also paying rent or a mortgage somewhere else. It's usually well over a thousand a month, and it runs until the house sells.
Meanwhile the house is vacant, which means the insurance may reprice, the lawn needs someone, and you're managing it from a different time zone.
Run the real numbers, not the sticker price. Subtract 6% commission, the repairs an inspector will find, and three to five months of carrying costs on an empty house you're managing from another state. Once all of that comes out, the gap between a listed sale and a cash sale is usually far narrower than it looks at first — and you get your date and your certainty on top.
If your employer is paying for the move
Some relocation packages include a guaranteed buyout or cover selling costs. Check yours before you do anything else so you know exactly what you're working with — then call us and we'll tell you how our number compares.
How this usually goes
Tell us the address and your start date
The date matters as much as the house. It tells us what you actually need.
We get you a number within 24 hours
Firm, in writing, so you can compare it against listing and against the relocation package.
You choose the closing day
Before the move, after the move, or the week you get back for the last load. We'll work to it.
“Jake is fantastic… super knowledgeable and made working with him very easy. Top notch professionalism.”

Can I close after I've already moved?
Yes. Remote closings are routine — mobile notary or mail-away through the title company. Plenty of our sellers are gone before closing day.
What if my start date moves?
Tell us and we'll move the closing. That flexibility is most of the reason people choose this over listing.
Can I leave furniture behind?
Yes. Take what you're moving and leave the rest. Saves you the moving cost on the stuff you didn't want anyway.
Would I get more listing it?
On paper the list price looks higher. After commission, repairs, and months of carrying an empty house from out of state, what actually lands in your account is frequently much less than people expect. We'll walk you through both numbers so you can see it side by side.
How fast can you close if I'm in a hurry?
About a week when the title work cooperates. There's no lender on our side to slow it down.
